Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 1-2 working day between Monday and Friday PST. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day. FUTURE-IS-COLOR.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of FUTURE IS COLOR®.

If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours as couriers at times may deliver after the tracking is updated.

If you still have not received your order after this window has passed, please email orders@future-is-color.com and our team to begin an investigation. We will work with the courier to investigate and determine the order's whereabouts; please note investigations can take around two and half weeks before resolving. 

Damaged Items

If you've received a damaged item, please reach out to us at orders@future-is-color.com immediately with photos of the product and the defect. We will send out a return label to your email and we will send another shipment with the new item.

Incorrect Items

If you've received an incorrect item, please reach out to us at orders@future-is-color.com immediately with photos of the product that you received in its original packaging. We will send out a return label to your email and send a new shipment with the correct item.

FUTURE IS COLOR® aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
  • Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
  • Store credit for the website will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
  • Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items.

Returns or exchanges that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted.

  • Items tagged final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased online are not returnable in-store.
